They set up tables in the family room, and Ann (Kyle's wife) made LOTS of amazing treats, and off we went to create whatever we could! We each found pictures off the internet than transposed them on to the pumpkins....it takes time, but the end result is worth it!
Kyle and Ann have four amazing kids, Kylee, Jessica, Jared and Andrew. Logan had fun playing with them....Jared is into "Bakugan" just like Logan!
Here is Logan carving his pumpkin and little Jessica seperating all the seeds! I don't think she carved her own pumpkin! I think she enjoyed playing witht he "guts" all night! She's a doll!
Justin's parents, Janna and George were also there, as well as Ryan and his wife, Jessica! We missed Michael and Ashley (Ashley was sick), and we missed Blake.....Where were you Blake??!!
It was a great night, and a GREAT tradition!!!

Last year at the Pumpkin carving night, Janna cut her finger and had to get stitches! So this year she just watched, but then helped Justin a bit!

Ever since I can remember, when it comes to carving pumpkins, Logan will usually help/watch for the first bit, then leaves it to ME to finish the rest of the cleaning and carving. Call me selfish, but I decided it was time HE did it ALL HIMSELF! I'm proud to say that our goal was accomplished!!! Of course I was there supervising, and yes did have to help a bit...BUT overall LOGAN DID IT!!! He chose the Batman symbol, and was SO proud! Well, I think I was more proud of him!!! I have a feeling he's growing up on me!!!

Logan's finished pumpkin and all lit up!! See the moon in the side? That was his own idea to add it to the Batman symbol!! I think it was kind of heavy for him?! You think?? Good job, Buddy, on finishing your pumpkin ALL BY YOURSELF!!
Justin is creating the face from the JOKER!!! He always does an amazing job, and usually takes the most time than anyone....but all that time pays off! Just wait til you see it all lit up!!!

I'm actually not sure which of the kids did this pumpkin, or more importantly, which ADULT worked on it....If I remember I'll come back and give the "artist" the due credit! (Is that yours, Ann???)
Don and Michelle Tanner created this pumpkin together......They are friends of Kyle and Ann, but I actually used to work with them at Fremont High School years ago! Great people!
And this is how Justin's "masterpiece" finally ended up!!! Can you see the Joker? "Why So Serious??!!!" Isn't it amazing?!
Overall, it was a GREAT night! Lots of food, good visiting, and a chance to see just how talented everyone is with a knife!! This is a great tradition I was glad to be apart of!
P.S. By the way, did you notice that there are NO pics of me, or of MY pumpkin?! Funny! That's what happens when I'm behind the camera! Oh well! :)
